Actor turned preacher, Majid Michel his of the opinion that, nothing is wrong with use of weed, stressing that it is God made palnt, Newspremises reports.

Actor made the disclosure while speaking with Kent Mensah on Asaase radio in Ghana.

The former Ghanaian movie star urged the Ghanaian government to legalise and commercialize the use of weed in the country.

“I have done drugs before and indulged in drugs before.

“I have done hard drugs not weed but I don’t see anything wrong with weed, it was God-made. It was created by God.

“Maybe because of the smoke maybe that’s why it’s not advisable health-wise.

“It’s advisable for people to brew and drink it because that’s not wrong at all,” Majid said.

Majid however, advised the government to take precautionary measures before legalizing weed.

Speaking further, warned those below the age of 25 against the use of weed.

“I’m for it completely but then again before anything is legalized, the government must ensure that they are ready to take responsibility and must exhaust the consequences that come with the legalization of ‘weed’ before the decision is made.

“Before the government decides to pass a law for the legalisation of weed then they must make sure that they’ve exhausted all possible avenues by learning from countries who have done it.

“If the government is not ready to take responsibility for the consequences [for legalising ‘weed’] then it should not make that decision,” Majid advised.

It is only someone that doesn't know the chemistry of Marijuana consider it as a bad thing.

The only reason why it is not legal is because the market has not been totally sealed up and controlled by the greedy Capitalists. Once they achieve that, it will become legal like in some state they have done so in the US.

Of all the nonsense people take, MJ is one of the few with proven critical medicinal properties. For example, Marijuana is one of the few natural plants that can actively reduce eye pressure, thus proving to be very effective against glaucoma.

As for those that smoke Cigarettes. Only God knows what you people wish to accomplish by doing so.
