A country with 451 cities seems poorly illuminated.

Except for the SE/SS, the entire Nigeria is in darkness.

Cities outside SS/SE that are illuminated are Lagos and Abuja.

What does that tell you about regional development?

Alaye shut up jor, look the map very well, Abeokuta, Ilorin, Ibadan lagos all have light.

Meanwhile in south East, only Enugu and Aba are included.
