In my newsletter today, I announced that I have picked up the Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for a second term as the elected Governor of the good people of Oyo State. If the good people of Oyo State desire it, we will serve for four more years.

Hopefully your people would support you. Also, I hope you won’t stop working for the betterment of your state if you’re given another term. We know some second term governor that performed woefully after they’ve been given the mandate. I won’t mention former governor Aregbesola of Osun state. undecided

Someone once said Seyi Makinde is not interested in a 2nd term and I kept laughing. He'd even go for a 3rd term if it were allowed by the constitution.
