Companies Keep Turning Down My Applications by Nobody: 5:22am On Apr 08, 2022

I'm currently working in fintech as sales person with a six digit salary.

I have won several award both regionally and nationwide in various positions held in the company. But don't know why other companies keep turning down my application, because I have a plan to switch job but not in a rush though.

Some of the HR will even chat me on LinkedIn and go incommunicado afterwards, while some will tell me the have seen a more suitable candidate.

This declining in my applications could this has to do with my course of study ?

Because I read Computer science and I'm in sales company for like 6 years now

Do you have professional course/s in relation to sales or marketing? Example: Google Digital Marketing. That could be the reason. Professional courses have taken over the job market now. Experience is not just enough.

It could be caused by a number of factors

1. When the HR interacts with you there is a huge disparity between your written qualification and your general effective communication. In lay man's terms maybe your CV looks great but you communicate like a breadseller

2. Maybe you worked for companies with no clout aka one man businesses

3. Maybe your spoken intonation sounds like the artist portable ,hence they run away immediately they hear you speak
4. Work on your poise and packaging, I have seen far less skilled personnel get awesome jobs cause they look and sound right for the part.
5. I hope you aren't ugly? I mean I hope you don't look like Quasimodo? Anyone who tells you your looks doesn't matter especially to top companies is just lying to you bro...
