Cassava is one of the highest produced staple foods in the World, according to (FAO). In 2014, about 268 million tonnes of this commodity was produced across the World, according to World Atlas.

Cassava is a commodity that is used for a wide range of things. It is used for the production of alcoholic beverages, manufacturing of animal feeds and for human consumption in it's most natural form when cooked.
