The competition for techies is high, so these companies do their best to present nice offers to their workers.

So far, in my experience, International Non-Governmental Organisations have the best labour relations.

Telco shouldn't be in this list please

Education - schools will pay peanut

Banking - they will over work you

Telecommunications - they will stress your life out

Real estate - you go Waka Taya

For better participation, It'll make sense if you can define labour friendliness.

Nigerian Civil Service.

Most especially Local government workers. Those guys are on another level of cruising. They practically get paid for doing absolutely nothing.

It hurts to know other hard working Nigerians pay huge taxes to pay the salaries of these lazy Mofos.

Don't expect me to mention any private firm. From Banking to Telecoms to Engineering, you earn high but work your ass off. Most aren't labour friendly.

Maybe SHELL sha. All thanks to their Union. Industrial action na their second name...Na wetin Nigerian employers need be that... lol

Education (Ministry of Eduction) ask ASUU

Coca-Cola, Ndl, Nigeria breweries

Remove Banking please. No Nigerian bank is labour-friendly. Those you see in banking today are there only because of the salary. They are ready to take flight once they gain financial freedom.

Not even Governments jobs or agencies

The only labour friendly are multinational companies that has set a standard for themselves like Unilever,Nestle Deago/Guinness etc
