In the Nigerian setting, Tinumbu would likely become the president IF HE ACTUALLY CONTESTS. The likelihood of Tinumbu actually contesting is very very slim. He's very smart ( Tinumbu) and knows that most Nigerians are not smart enough to know his game plan.
