We need to be careful to get someone that will give us the longevity we got from Alba. We have been struggling to fill in the RB position after Dani Alves left. We had to go bring the aging veteran from his retirement home.

I would like us to get it right with the LB onces Alba leaves.

For some of these young players, it is not enough to have talent. Adapting to new city and style have proven to be the downfall of many of them.
