That's not true,you talking from an African mindset and perspective, no great leader will joke with it's nation's sovereignty and security, take Isreal for example, every family in Isreal has at least a member in the armed forces,there are even families where we have brothers and sisters in the armed forces, Majority of their past prime ministers served in MOSSAD,and with all that Isreal is ready to go to war,with any country if it's national security is threatened. Forget about having children in the Frontline, these nations don't think like Africans,and they're highly patriotic,they believe in self honour and family pride. Cultures are different.
