Pierocash:Seems you don't understand how the airline industry works. On board an aircraft, the captain is king. He has the right to evict anybody from that aircraft. He has the right to reject flying the plane. If it were possible sef that the plane will not crash, he can give you parachute and make you a bird by kicking one's arse off the aircraft at 30,000 feet.  |

There are laid down terms in which a pilot can activate that clause ,not based on personal altercation and vendetta. E tire me. See the way the reporter write am ‘stepped in the passenger!s toe violently ‘ to whip up unnecessary sentiments. Just as stressed as the passengers were over the delay of the flight the pilot was probably also not happy about it and was rushing to the cockpit to get everybody to their destination and mistakenly stepped on the passengers toe. The only blame I will lay on the pilot is that he failed to apologise for 'stepping on the toes' of the passenger (pun not intended), but by tradition pilots are absolutely in command of their aircraft and have wide powers over their passengers (and ultimately responsible for any incident that occurs), and believe you me you do not want an angry pilot at the controls of your flight. 1 Like |
