Back to the topic: Peter Obi did a lot of things including federal roads (eg Onitsha to Nkpor stretch of Enugu-Onitsha Expressway, etc, those are still standing), he built so many rural roads that Anambra till today is said to have the highest road network (you will not enter any community as remote as it is without at least one or two major roads linking it to the next one).

If I don't know any other thing, I know that the three flyovers in Awka constructed by Peter Obi are standing gidigba today.

Note: the state was battling with very lean resources then. It was indebted in tune of billions. But when Peter Obi left there was not a single loan. He left the 75bn in state coffers instead.

in terms of road construction, give it to Ngige. Remember, Ngige was the governor for just 3 years and. The Igbo ukwu-Ezinifite-Amesi-Uga-Umunze road and the Oko-Umunze-Ogbunka-Owerre izukalla road built by Ngige are still standing.
