Baddestguyp:I didn't skip any part... I've even finished the manga. I was just sorely let down by the plot. After watching season 1, I was so psyched I went to read the manga... Only to be completely disappointed by the turn of events. What was a high stakes, last stand battle between humanity and man eating titans, turned out to be a disappointing squabble between two nations over some stupid shit that happened thousands of years ago. I wasn't impressed. |

Tmberwolf1:the high stakes politics is what made AOT great... You were expecting some average humanity extinction crap that's been done a million times... What AOT gave especially in season 4 instead is a clear masterpiece that touches on various aspects including racism, genocide, different sides to war, conflict, choice and implications, indoctrination, etc There's a reason why AOT season 4 pushed the anime to new heights |
