You'll need to apply for study leave and be granted then you can go and study and when you round up, you have to inform the service that you're done

Then if there's any vacancy a memo will be released then you can apply for upgrade

Don't mind people saying it's just to get degree and boom! You're upgraded. No it doesn't work that way

Also what's the guarantee of being granted the leave?

Would one be paid even tho one is on study leave?

I'm also thinking would they really give me 4 years to go study? Or is there a way they do it?
