Sharrap Akwa ibom is the only state with free education up to waec and Neco level and currently post of the best home of medical tourism in Nigeria with 20 general government hospitals, 2 teaching hospitals, 31 cottage hospitals , 50 poly clinics , 100 primary health’s center , 5 COVID-19 centers and 1 specialist hospitals.. this is just state government exception and 1 fed.
