Hello good evening! Please I want to make an enquiry. I just gained admission to study in US but due to the new $20 limit, I can't make certain online payments.

Opening a domiciliary account doesn't help because I think the $20 is still applicable. Is a dollar credit card account better? Please which one is better that I can pay for international transactions at ease.

If you open a domiciliary account $20 is not applicable. The limit on dorm account is $2000 monthly.

Open a USD account and fund it with USD purchased from Bureau De Change (Aboki). You can talk to some of these bank tellers to inform you whenever people who got USD via Western Union wish to convert to Naira so that you can buy from them at the rate Aboki buys it or even better. Get a dollar card and do all your transactions.
