No he did. What happened was that a Blackaxe member stole the phone of a Vikings member. So the Vikings member instead of reporting to his fellow Vikings members he reported to an elderly man called Jasper who is an Eiye member. So the Eiye member was highly respected as an elder. In the process of collecting the phone he slapped the Blackaxe member and called his people they beat him up.
Then the jasper the Eiye member returned the phone back to the Vikings members.
So Blackaxe members angry that their member who stole a phone was beaten regrouped and killed Jasper who is an Eiye.

So since then it has been hell let loose between Eiye and Aye
