Jorginho is one of the major problem of such moment, his back and side way passes make these team regroup quickly and capitalize on our mistake. We need a CDM with quick transition from midfield to attack. I believe this is one of the reason a player like Werner is struggling with too many passes in midfield, no quick transitioning play to the attack, mostly when counter attack present itself.

I completely agree with you and also think Thomas Tuchel is also partially to be blame for this slow transition.

No he is not to be blame, he is just playing to some of the player’s strength(mostly Jorginho) by been tactically pragmatic so as to get result at least. Tuchel normally is an expressive coach with tactical astute.
