These people need smart engineers, but they won't do that, the newly created Niger delta ministry is filled up with asection of certain people from a part of the country.

Presently, the 3 branches of the Armed forces have their separate HQ buildings in Abuja, and the civilian workers are largely based at the Ministry of Defense building.
But what the perm sec is saying is that he wants ALL branch headquarters to be under one roof, and for the civilian workers to be under the same roof as well, like the Pentagon in the US.

My thoughts too but the topic is saying New Ministry of Defence as if the old Ministry of Defence would be scrapped or something

Throughout PDPs tenure ASUU went on strike a record 14 times. Almost every year during the PDPs 16yr rule.

They have only gone on strike 4 times during APCs 8yrs but somehow APC is the problem of your confused soul
