One of my phones is xioami redmi go, it keeps deleting my contacts. I will re-add those contacts, but before you know it, all the re-added contacts are gone again.

Quick Fix: Backup your important documents and Factory reset your phone.

If the above seems difficult for you to carry out, follow this instructions;

Go to Settings < Apps > Locate 'Contact' - Clear Data and Cache. Afterwards Disable 'Contact'

Wait 30sec and Enable 'Contact' back. Carry out same procedure for 'Phone' app. When this is done restart your phone and your problem should be solved.

Note: When you disable either of the app, you'll lose all your contacts as well as Call Logs/History.
