This is called "Uhiokirihio" in my Igbo dialet.
It is used together with Uda and other herbs for preparing of peppersoup given to Nursing Mothers who just gave birth.

This is aidan and get so many ways of using it,with other herbs for different disease....it use mostly with other herbal ingredients
