If GEJ, whom his supporters claim was the best thing since sliced bread, could only find N200 billion extra per annum for 5 years, and only paid for one year, and that was down from the N3 trillion promised in 2009....where do you expect Buhari to find money? With oil prices low until 2 months ago(most of the money has gone for subsides on fuel anyway)...and with tax to gdp ratio lower than most African countries....
