1.The guys's name is Trevor Cadieu, not Kadier. 2.He was supposed to head the Canadian Army, but was forced to resign after getting into trobule over historic sex allegations. 3.He retired on April 5 and then ran to Ukraine to 'volunteer'. 4.I suspect he was taking part in the battles, not heading any biolab.
