Do you know why? These are the regions that the country is feeding fat on. And that is the very reason no one wants the regions to unite. That is also the reason they do not want political power for these regions. This is the reason for the animosity against Goodluck Jonathan and by extension, the reason they do not want the idea of Igbo presidency. Perhaps, coming from where all the nation's wealth are and also having political power will be too much for the parasitic to bear. It is the same reason why in 60 years, functional ports do not exist in Warri, Calabar and PHC. Parasites want the host healthy enough to keep feeding it but not strong enough to extirpate its parasitic activities. Unfortunately, men like Saro Wiwa realized it too late. Perhaps, in a few years, the rest of the peoples of SE and SS will realize it. That unless, they wake up to the fact that there is no one country, but parasites and feeders. All SE and SS should seriously stop being fooled by the north controlling the wealth and the SW who are the scavengers after the north has eaten. Top feeders and scavengers never agree to change in status quo. Just think about it. Unity is possible but in the SE and SS. If divide and rule worked for the Bristish, why won't it work for Nigeria. It is a pity that even among the same tribe, people have been divided with a wicked state structure to weaken them. That's why the Igbo in Enugu no longer realizes that what affects the Igbo in Rivers affects him as kin. That's why Saro Wiwa could not muster more ethnic minorities to his cause. The division is just too much among Ndigbo and minorities in the South. This is what we must work to amend. It is a matter for survival. |

IgboExit:Inferiority complex all the time. It's better to join the coalition of abubakar shakeu, than to do anything with beheading and cannibalized tribe. The earlier you know that you're a Biafra the better for you guys |

Why should SS trust the SE when: "before Ojuku declared the republic of biafra in may 1967 Isaac Adaka Boro had declared the niger delta republic in february 1966. Boro had formed the niger delta volunteer force an armed militia with members consisting mainly of his fellow ethnic group declared the niger delta republic on february 23 1966 and fought nigeria's federal forces for 12 days but they were eventually defeated and then jailed by the Ironsi federal military government [and Ojuku eastern government] for treason" But it was Gowon that later set Boro free and Boro later became a major in the Nigeria army. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVRx3RhN3XE |

Some zombies are already crying wolf out of jealousy by the the mention of South East feeding the nation. If you don't know, south east has: Crude oil in large quantities ( Abia, Imo and Anambra) Natural Gas in large quantities (Imo) Cement in large quantities (Ebonyi) Coal in large quantities (Enugu) Agricultural products in large quantities (Ebonyi) Salt in large quantities (Ebonyi) Palm oil in large quantities (Abia and Ebonyi) Commerce What more do you want to know? Isn't all the aforementioned enough statistics for them to belong among the zone that feeds this nation and yet nothing in return? |

Multiplier7 A question has been on my mind since. Since Igbos do claim that SS is part of SE/Biafra, can Igbos vote for an Edo, Bayesa or Cross River man as their presidential in 2023? |

Did you see how quickly the leeches invaded the topic. Liars and believers of lies. As if they do not know that 50% of SS are Ndigbo. When it is convenient, SSners like Nzeogwu are Igbos as long as it gives them the opportunity to hate on Ndigbo. At other times they're not Igbo. Just the other day an illegal refinery in Imo exploded, I thought there are no Igbo states producing oil. Wicked people and their divide and rule. The odd thing is that it is the Yorubas doing the dirty work for the caliphate because they know that like the north, they contribute nothing but are the parasites of the south. Is it not amazing that Igbo villages are still better than their townships? Who God has blessed, He has blessed jare. Igbo amaka. I just hope that Ndigbo and all the southern minorities will open their eyes at these backstabbers. You'll see how they'll finish themselves in this APC primaries for the north to carry the day. |

Newton2024:Yes ofcourse! Chibuike Amaechi is an igbo name with an igbo root Ebele Jonathan is an igbo name with same igbo root Nyesome Nwaike (Wike) is an igbo with same igbo name and root. Nigeria happened to all of us that's why it seems divided..That's why Nnamdi Kanu have been shouting up and down since time immemorial . We have Delta Igbo We have Obigbo in Rivers Cross River shares boundary with Ebonyi...no difference. From the beginning..it was not divided...it was called the EASTERN NIGERIA. Look at the map of Nigeria again and you will understand what am talking about. Many of the so-called south south states are at the back of the Eastern states, which suppose not to be so. But again, Nigeria happened to them. From moving the capital territory (Calabar) to Lagos and now Abuja. |

IgboExit:Baba said Ndigbo and minorities. I believe it should be the SS and the minorities in the east. Lazy thief. What's the assurance that the SS will benefit from the Igbo? Will the Igbo allow a SS man that does not speak Igbo to rule over them. Funny the SS is bigger and better than the eastern states combined. |

tsmat:Don't worry! Just give the igbo presidency, You will see Lagos like development in Aba and Onitsha. And then Port Harcourt will crown it all. They know why they're afraid of the East |

Multiplier7:No1: Why should we "Give Igbo presidency"? Have they ever been good neighbors to us? No2: no matter who becomes president ABA and Onicha will never get close to being like Lagos. The Obi you want us to gift the presidency governed Anambra state for 8years and still Onitcha is not close to Just Ikorodu In Lagos. And don't Abia state not have a governor? Why is ABA not even close to Lekki?. Keep deceiving yourself with Peter Obi shit. At least we see the state the evil Tinubu governed and the state the saint Obi governed and we know who performed better. I don't like Tinubu but I will choose him anyday anytime over the man that left #75billion in office while the people still suffer just for people to think he was honest. |

OP, you make good points, but as you’re thinking of us (SS & SE) presenting a common front, just know that the enemy is working to prevent it! I mean….just look at the responses by insecure, Igbo-hating bastards on here who piss their pants at the very idea! Most of them aren’t from the south-south, but think they know what’s best for a people they have cheated, marginalised, murdered, prevented from a second term at the presidency, polluted their land and rivers, and left them to wallow in penury! The same scum that instituted and preserved a political-economy that has proven disastrous to the peoples and land of the Niger-Delta, are the very same schmucks telling them not to ally with the Igbo to forge a common front….that they and their ‘one Nigeria’ are a better option! |

[s] Multiplier7:[/s]Trash.. Name any state in the country that do not have natural resources. Even any state in other African countries that do not have natural resources. Why are you people always sound dull. So it is only your states that have natural resources. And which oil are you even talking about in south east. Oil that did not reach the one in ondo alone, not to talk of lagos. Crude oil in large quantity ( Ondo, Lagos) Bitumen in large quantity (Ondo, Ogun, lagos) Agricultural products in large quantity( Ondo, osun, oyo, ekiti) Coal (Ondo) Palm oil in large quantity (Ondo, Ogun) Gold in large quantity ( Osun, Oyo) Clay( Ondo, Oyo, Ogun, Lagos) Limestone in large quantity (Ogun, Ondo) Cocoa( Ondo, Oyo, Ekiti, Ogun, Osun) So what trash are you talking, who and who are you feeding? Which food do they bring from your land? |

Michael004:It's your state Ondo that's TRASH. You open mouth call the oil in south east hand full. You didn't hear about the oil bunkering that consumed lifes in Imo state recently? Don't let the jealousness of the natural resources God blessed the south east with to consume you. I t's there and nothing will change that. |

Multiplier7:So which oil producing states oil bunkering is not happening. You were listening natural resources and I listed some of the ones in southwest, so who is feeding who is what I ask you? This guy na mugu. Jealous of what, who is jealous of your resources. Which resources you get that others did not get. You be complete Dundee. Is it the 2 gallon of oil that is up to the one in ondo alone. No, the resources that God blessed southwest is not there na, it is in your father's bed bug infested parlour. Jealous of you hahahahaha. You are not even close to ocean, while 3 states in my land are having coasts with ocean with one of them having the longest coastline in west africa. You don't have oil more than my land , so what is in your resources that I want to jealous of.. Oponu. |
