Ganduje wins this case based on the facts on ground.

1. The case here is on territorial jurisdiction. The Supreme Court has stated that in cases that involves the domestic affairs of Party say: Ward Congress, State Congresses, LG Congresses, Governorship Primaries.....The territorial jurisdiction should lie within the FHC or High Court in that State.

The issue of contention lies with the Kano Ward & LG Congresses and should have commenced from the Kano State High Court or Federal High Court and not the FCT High Court in Abuja.


2. It bothers on the internal affairs of a political Party and is non-justiceable.

I think these are two areas Ganduje should win.

The Supreme Court has just dismissed the appeal filed by Senator Ibrahim Shekarau-led faction against the Kano state mainstream All Progressives Congress (APC) loyal to Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

In a unanimous decision the Supreme Court Justices declared that the appeal filed by Shakarau-led faction lack merit and can’t stand based on the established legal authority.

Why? If you think I am dissapointed about the judgement, it really shows you don't know me, let me tell you, it's going to be difficult for a sitting Governor that has no problem with the party hierarchy in the central to loose the machinery of a party in nigeria. Either of the party, Shekarau or Ganduje that looses will be heartbroken of course and knowing fully is the last court, that explains why I said, the judgement will be heartbroken.
