Sorry, that to me is a council project if that is what Tinubu is paying you guys to sell it's a bad product. Awolowo was known for jobs bringing investors to the west every machine was working. He wasn't known for doing a councillor or chairmen's job.

during Tinubus tenure we had pipe borne water in some parts of Lagos, yes it was like the power supply going on and off . With Lagos purchasing power you don't expect everyone to rely on that. Hence everyone improvised. It's not even reasonable to depend on government for water to be honest , when borehole is relatively cheaper and more satisfying.
