I don't normally do this, but I decided I was going to give this review to raise awareness of how reliable or unreliable the logistics company i was going to use to ship these items are, due to how critical the items were for me.

So one of my clients ordered 2 Projectors of different models from me (pix attached). Being that I didn't have them on ground, I decided to order it immediately from India, I ordered and within the period that it will take the manufacturer to produce, I started scouting for a Logistics company that will handle the item door to door.

I have had terrible experiences in the past, so you can imagine how jittery I was giving this to a company I don't even know

In the process of scouting I saw an advert on nairaland about shipping from India and it was a company named Edas Global Supply Chain Limited.

After some background checks, I decided to give them a try, I contacted them via telephone and they asked me to send details.

In all honesty, I didn't have the details at the Time in order for them to give a quote, so I gave them the contact of my manufacturer in order for them to follow up.

After about a week, they came back with the cost based on the packed dimensions and weight given to them by my manufacturer. In all honesty, I thought the price was on a high but when the items arrived, I knew it was a very fair price.

Not only was the item fragile, but they packaged it so well.

As a matter of fact, I told the security at my office not to touch the item whenever it is delivered so that I will know who to hold responsible if they get broken

After about 7 working days from date of item readiness, I got the items delivered door to door without any hitches.

I appreciate good service, and this was one of them.

I give the logistics company 9.5/10

In conclusion, I will still do more business with them. It's a great relief I now have a very reliable shipper from india.

Personally, I think no matter how great a product or service is, there's always room for improvement.
