Oftentimes we’ve seen actors open up on the struggles of jolting out of a role completely different from their personae, especially dark roles in movies.

Despite his cameo appearance in the crowd-pleasing series, Blood Sisters, Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawo, has found himself in the crop of role interpreters whose characters left lingering effects on their mental health.

The actor who played Kola Ademola in the Netflix blockbuster series, Blood sisters has narrated his ordeal months after acting the role of an abusive partner.

Taking to social media, the movie star said “Kola Ademola definitely affected me more than I care to admit and it took months to get to a semblance of normalcy.”

Deyemi also noted that he caught himself going against his standards as he empathized with ‘abusers’ he believes should be condemned to damnation.

“Strangely while I still firmly believe aggression should be met with justice, I now empathize with ppl who carry such demons”

What do you really want?

A piece of art well written and acted, you just tear it down with one word "dumb"!

No wonder some never make it in life...they tear down anything good...other people's hard work and sweat.
