Attention! Attention!! Attention!!!
Have you heard of ICHIE ARINZE HERBAL HOME (also known as Solution Center)?
Every day you complain ignorantly of one sickness or the other without making a change. It's high time you stopped complaining and go natural. You can order a natural herbal cleanser from ICHIE ARINZE HERBAL HOME by sending a message to ichiearinzeherbalhome@gmail.com
Their delivery is swift and their herbs are very effective. I was once a victim of the herpes virus. I tested positive for HSV1. Even when my doctor told me that there's no cure for the virus, I immediately ordered the herpes herbs. Within the space of two months, my health was completely restored. THE SYMPTOMS DISAPPEARED EVEN BEFORE I COMPLETED THE DOSAGE. Ichie Arinze is truly a great herbalist. I'm happy to share. Make sure to share the info with someone that needs it.

Diabetic foot. The nerves are already damaged and that is why he feels little to no pain. The remedy right now is amputation.

It may not be diabetis as suggested by people but you can do a blood sugar test. I have experienced this before when I lost my brother in 2020 as we only got to find out when it was too late that it's ckd after trying different methods from orthodox to spiritual cure.
Please take him to a good teaching hospital and have them conduct electrolyte test as it may be kidney infection due to high toxin level in the blood. He should also give up drinking and smoking if he does and definitely a no no to traditional concoctions.
Have his BP checked with immediate effect and if it's high then it's definitely ckd.

Stop arguing oga!

You make a spot diagnosis for most skin conditions.
If you are not sure, you can do skin scrapings or a biopsy.

That is why you take a history, examine people and not just grab everybody and do a million tests for.

Pray tell, what kidney and liver conditions will cause what he has?

Does it look anything like this?

...the last picture is what it can do to the scalp (although that will be in children or immunocompromised adults)

If there is no pain as you said, he may be dealing with early stage of diabetic foot ulcer. Get him to a hospital. Fasting blood sugar should be done. Then wound swab m/c/s too.

The great number of people saying poison shows how the society is greatly infiltrated with ignorant chaps who won't keep their misinformation to themselves.

An ailing liver causes diabetes?
grin

Wow!

Why don't you stick to what you know?

So you mean Doctors around the world grab everybody with a rash for 'general' blood tests?

If a 26 year old (in Kent) with a similar rash sees his GP tomorrow, he will not set about sticking him with a needle for a myriad of tests...

To prove what exactly?

Is that how Dermatology is practiced?

Since he feels no pain, the nerve supply is compromised (He may actually have a peripheral arterial disease and neuropathy). Has he checked his sugar level? That case is not likely an isolated fungal infection.
Suggestion: He should check his blood sugar and do a lipid profile test. Infact, he should visit a good hospital for further checks.
Finally, a reasonable contribution

as per ailing liver ha e a look and tell me I I am wrong
The bloodstream carries glucose-a type of sugar produced from the digestion of carbohydrates and other foods-to provide energy to cells throughout the body. Unused glucose is stored mainly in the liver as glycogen.

Insulin , glucagon, and other hormone levels rise and fall to keep blood sugar in a normal range. Too little or too much of these hormones can cause blood sugar levels to fall too low (hypoglycemia) or rise too high (hyperglycemia).

Normally, blood glucose levels increase after you eat a meal. When blood sugar rises, cells in the pancreas release insulin, causing the body to absorb glucose from the blood and lowering the blood sugar level to normal. When blood sugar drops too low, the level of insulin declines and other cells in the pancreas release glucagon, which causes the liver to turn stored glycogen back into glucose and release it into the blood. This brings blood sugar levels back up to normal.
So if you have ailing lover do tell me how you store excess glucose?

You're right bro.
But this type of infection is caused by black magic.
The OP's friend had stepped on toes.

There are three ways to treat that infection tho.

You have what appears to be a medical condition, and you are here asking the wrong set of people instead of going to the appropriate place.

Please go to the hospital; not just any hospital. Visit either a government general hospital, federal medical centre or a standard private hospital... These are the places where you will find specialist doctors. Please dont just go to any mushroom private clinics. Those ones will just collect your money, waste your time yet you won't achieve anything

Goldensword:
Get gentamicin cream, drugfield product and be applying on it, but most importantly you need to see a doctor to determine the cause of the infection and the best anti biotics for for it.

That's not a fungal infection.

That's a viral one.
OP should visit a specialist. Those viral infection are a cankaworm. They are extremely hard to remove or treat.

Battled one when i was much younger on my right leg. Towards the ankle. Not gory like yours and not same infection but it was sore with multiple pores and punctures. Scratches like hell and spreads when you touch it. Couldn't wear shorts for more than 6years.

Imagine going to school without being able to walk around because you have this 100s of these tiny pores on your right leg with pus?

Only healed after 6 years of building immunity and continued drug use to avoid a relapse. 10 years after now, all i can see is a just tiny dark scars that have healed from then. You can't even notice except you stare under ambient light.

Go to a Clinic. But don't expect quick cure. It would take months of careful management to be able to get rid of those viruses before your leg starts healing... Also those drugs are extremely expensive. I remember as far back as then., One of the external cream i was given to apply was about 6k. Imagine 6k in 2007 to now and it lasts just about a month.

Stop ranting, stop ventilating. Let the dude visit teaching hospital and be told the cause, and then given the needed treatment.
Nobody say’s he shouldn’t visit a hospital but there are levels to these kind of ailments and alternative Medicine is the cure, wonder why you lads can’t learn,or were your forefathers not treating themselves and living even healthier before the white man came? Talking about Hospitals.. do you know that Medicine started from Africa? Appreciate what you have ,to be civilized you don’t have to be educated!!

So hyperglycaemia means diabetes?
(Picking up random things from the internet)

So if someone takes steroids and has high blood sugar, means he is diabetic?

Why don't you stick to what you know, oga!

P.S: You know what, do whatever suits you.
