I never thought Jonathan had sense and this will be proven right if he ends up showing interest and contesting

Arewa soldiers proliferated too many states in the old northern region by wrongly using land mass or population figures as criterion.
The political overrepresentation accruing to Arewa politicians through the too many political constituencies of the 19 northern states makes Arewa politicians largely decide what can happen in Nigeria. It's not that Aboki has more sense than others.

It's North's game to still hold unto power. If APC gives gej the ticket and somehow a northerner clings the PDP ticket, then automatic pdp will win. The Igbos will not vote for APC, and even a good number of south southerners. That way, they have succeeded in humiliating gej and also wining the power back to north.

People should shut up with this North and South nonsense already. Traits of good leadership doesn't know where you come from. You can be a Kenyan but have deep respect, passion, desire and love for a country of non-origin you have sworn to protect if given the centre stage. Corruption knows no tribe, stealing knows no tribe, greed knows no tribe, being non-empathetic is a personality trait! Inability to take decisive actions rests on poor leadership. It's not a function of religious or geographical inclinations.
