Doc Manhattan. This guy would be a perfect villain in the DCEU leading to a somewhat Crisis Event with an enlarged Justice League. Something like Doomsday Clock.

I'm just really happy the magical department of DC is getting some love this time around with Zatanna, Constantine and Dr Fate.

Take away plot armor batman gets killed off first in most fights...
Intelligence is worthless when fighting someone 1000x stronger than you and has no clear weaknesses like Superman has kryptonite...even with Kryptonite, Superman's speed will decimate batman before he has chance to think

Lol, 2024 too early with the amount of characters we have debuted already and the present announced slate. Not enough big characters yet for that Doomsday Clock or Infinite Crisis event they planning. We'll need 2025 or 26 for ground work cameos or set up. 2027 for final showdown.
Although, at the pace of 4 to 6 movies DC is currently moving with, something like that could be in late 2025.

I'm thinking about it in relation to the present release slate and planned future ones rumoured.

Anyhow it seems we might get a final crisis event down the line with what WBD has planned. Heard Zaslav already got frontiers for helming a major division at WB. Rumoured to be DC.
