Sidenifel is one hell of a drug. I don't know if it has any side effect on kidney or liver but this drug is amazing.

My trick is to combine sidenifel with another drug called men of iron.
I usually take it 3 times a week

My erection looks like Nepa pole whenever I take these 2 drugs.

I never knew that all this while I was taking it for pleasure. My Johnson was busy increasing in length.
I Measured my erection yesterday and to my shock. I'm now 7 inches
Few months ago I was 5.6 inch.
2 inch gain in like 3 months I started taking those 2 drugs. Not bad
