Please MOD, I will appreciate it if you could help push this to the front page. I recently got admission for my MSc program in North America but
my current bank balance is not sufficient enough to meet up with the study permit visa requirements. Hence, I am urgently trying to sell either of my 2 properties in Lagos ( but not both) due to the anticipated appreciation of real estate value in that area in the future. I have a fenced 2 plots of land in Kaiyetoro area near the popular Amen Estate. (where Funke Akindele and some other actors, celebrities normally live in Lagos) I intend to sell 1 plot (500sqm) @ 7Million out of the 2 plots(1000sqm) . Alternatively, I am also ready to sell the second plot with a standard 2 bedroom bungalow @20Million and retain the free virgin 1 plot for myself. Features include 2 bedroom ensuite, 2 stores, 1 kitchen, visitor toilet and large compound. Either way, the entire 2 plots of 1000sqm will be divided into two plots of 500sqm each. I forgot to add, other features include Government excision, closeness to PAN Atlantic University, Amen Estate, Lashone Estate, etc and easy access to the Lekki-Epe expressway. The land is also dry. No need of wasting money on land filling.

The Toyota Corolla is 2.5M. Trust me, you will really thank me if you bought it because it is still very clean . This is because I don't drive it all the time . I also bought it as Tokunbo. I am currently a software programmer/developer who works at home. Hence, the car is driven out occasionally just to buy groceries in the nearby supermarket and market in my neighbourhood. If I remove the Nigerian plate number, you would assume it was just recently imported from the US. Mind you, newly imported Toyota Corolla 2009/2010 is sold around 3.5 M to 4 M now in Nigeria. U can confirm in Jiji too. So you are saving about 1.5M if you buy from me .
