However should gej join the race today which he has, he becomes the leading contender as a former president.

It's only natural you place him ahead of other aspirants, my submission is giving the terms the apc cabals negotiated before he joined them it means he must have been the first option (power returning north as quickly as possible) while amaechi was the backup plan until gej accepted.

You sign your nomination form together with your withdrawal form

You don't sign the withdrawal form means you are not an aspirant
