I do not agree with the courts on this; forfeited assets that are proceeds of fraud should be auctioned off immediately especially if the cases have gone through the Supreme courts.

Malami has involved himself in far more controversial issues than both of them, I won't be surprised if not only is he stripped of his SAN title, he is disbarred.
