Not sure I replied this earlier.
I filled an online form for the COS application, filled another one for DBS check (police check in UK), submitted copies of my degree certificate and passport (myself and dependents). I processed UTAS (those involved in research, ECCTIS/NARIC (English language certification) and sent them all to employer. Subsequently, COS was issued.

I’m a bit confused here, is it my home address or the address of the organization provided ? I only filled in my home address and didn’t put any organization address there.

After my offer, I submitted utility bill, bank statement, DV, Covid-19 card, immunization card, TB, PCC, HSC level 3 (lptc cert), First aid cert, and Neco (statement of comparability by Ecctis)

As in them won choke me but God dey. However na NHS band 3

Offer received Feb 17

I will advise you to calm down, with that response am 99% sure they will get back to you soonest. However don't stop applying to other jobs.

The skilled worker dependent visa is more appropriate except you secured a job in health care already. As for timelines might be between 3 weeks -6 weeks

Even though I’m in the UK, I still applied to over 250 companies . Took job hunting as a second job. It’s tiring but persistence is key. Just saying this to encourage some of us, it’s not easy.

You'd have to talk to your employers because CoS normally goes through the Home Office so if it's something that would cause a problem, they need to rectify it

Was it NHS Scotland or an NHS Trust that offers an additional 'high cost area supplementation'? I'm asking because most other NHS Trusts, aside from the ones mentioned, typically offer £20,330 for Band 3 roles, which falls short of the UKVI £20,480 salary threshold requirement for HACW visa.

hi...did you apply from Nigeria?...if yes..could you confirm if you used nigerian police report. I saw somewhere on UKVI website that police report is needed for health/care visa...

if yes...i want to also know if dependents like spouse also need to get police report too or its only the main applicant

If you apply from Nigeria, you will use a police clearance certificate. Got mine at Alagbon for a token. The police certificate is for the principal applicant only
