Is that why he is building rail track to Niger Republic without Nigerien Govt contributing a dime? A project with no economic sense in the interim but will serve as a passage for the influx of terrorists. Imagine the kilometres of road that Money will construct in Nigeria instead of wasting it on that senseless project. He should resign and stop using govt resources to seek for delegate support.
