How A President Loses a 2nd Term Bid After Getting Elected In A Landslide by panafrican(op):
Here is one possibility.
That president cares more about his destructive foreign policy when his people are hurting at the domestic level under high gas prices, inflation and racial divide .
He might think putting a blame on a foreign power would get him re-elected.

Can Joe Biden listen?

Firstly he didn't win with a slandslide. Secondly I doubt he'll recontest taking his health into consideration. If the Democrat party know what's good for them, they won't allow that. And Thidly I hope he can even finish this first term successfully undecided
