They don't reject the faith of Abraham but they hate the Jews and Judaism with passion that they want to wipe them out from the face of the earth if possible. Infact they see the Jews as their mortal enemies. It's either they don't really believe that Qur'an or they're mad.

Same way they'll say they respect and hold Jesus in high esteem but won't hesitate to kill the followers of Jesus and burn down the Churches were he's worshipped.

People are really crazy.

Same thing happened in my department's group too, but it's not just a guy, they're many very stubborn children. My course rep is a Christian and he changed the group settings such that only the admins can send messages. If you see how them wan treat him f up for class. They said since both Muslim and Christian share religion related stuff on the group and they also have the right to share what they want too
