The Kano State Police Command has attributed the incident which occurred at Aba by Court road in Sabon Gari, Fagge Local Government Area of Kano to gas explosion.

Four residents reportedly lost their lives in the incident which happened on Tuesday morning.

According to Kano Commissioner of Police, Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko, four people have so far been discovered dead while security personnel are trying to find the remaining victims of the incident.

“It is not bomb explosion; it’s a gas cylinder. There’s a gas welder here and he was the first victim of the situation.”

“As at now, one female and three males have been killed. All the security agencies are here. The Civil Defence, Brigade commander, Air force, myself and the director, DSS, are all on ground.

“We will extend our investigation and at the end of the day we will come out with exactly what happened.”

Why I said this is that whenever you see Nigeria police or Army coming out immediately to give press release of something that happened just know that whatever they may say is a reverse of what has happened which is actually what they are trying to hide.

It was a bomb, my elder sister living around there said it was a bomb explosion,

The man selling gas around there is fine, and his gas cylinders are still intact,

The target wasn't the school, the suicide bombers target was the MFM church close by, but his vest exploded before getting to the church, two other bombs were discovered and has been imploded.
