1. If the primary goes on without Buhari's input, then Tinubu wins it with a landslide.

2. If Buhari endorses any candidate and works to deliver him, then that candidate wins it.


Simple and Short.

A mere chairman of a local government will strive to produce his/her successor.
Governor's will go extra miles to produce his successor..
I am not saying Tinubu can't be Buhari candidate, but Buhari must determine who will succeed him.

Offcourse it's all part of investment, if you play politics very well in Uni, you will understand this aspects very well...

Within you, you know you stand no chance, but you buy a form for let say 100m, then with your stakeholders, have a round table meeting with the top 3 forces to reckon with individually as the case may be and assess who to step down for on basis of the highest bidder after much negotiations and collective bargaining must have been put in place...

In a layman's word "You meet Mr A, and negotiate to step down for him, that you and your delegates will vote for him if he agrees to compensate you with 200m for your form and a ministerial position/appointment if he eventually emerge the winner of the election...Meet Mr B and offers same, meet Mr C and offers same...

Now with this, you are sure of a win/win and might end up accumulating 300m as profits just by buying form of 100m, which business sweet pass this one... Omo, I play politics for school well well oO I was so popular in my department and faculty that I came unopposed in a highly competitive position like the D.O.S 1... shey you wan throway money...
