Few days ago (19/4/2022) I bought a new spark 7pro, though it fell on my hands and the screen guide broke which does not affect the screen. But I noticed that anytime I'm browsing,it hangs and remain to function until I press the power button before it starts functioning again. Currently I'm in osogbo while I bought the phone in Ondo. Can this phone be returned? and collect another phone or it'll be repaired?

the infinix smart I bought in 2018 didn't give me a slight problem,I just sold it few some days ago. I use it for more than 4yrs though I bought it New

Before I even go further what exactly will you be doing with it before it freezes

Factory reset should be your last resort

Been using my phone for 3years+ without a pouch or screen guard.

E never fall for one day, be more careful while handling your phone.

Lol both of them aren't trash. Especially Samsung.

Split screen is not working on my own Tecno spark 8c, I've tried everything possible, it's now working, could it be factory fault ? Please someone should recommend a functional split screen app for me abeg

Me I don't know again, I've sold a few of the phone in the past and I've not heard such complaints from anyone
