You don void the warranty by dropping it on the floor.An IC fit don disintegrate.

You really need to be more careful,take it to the service center just in case you try out factory reset and it's still giving you issues

I have been using my Redmi K30 Ultra for 18 months and there's nothing wrong with the camera..
Before that I used a Mi Max 3 for 2 years,same thing..
So which Xiaomi are you going on about!?

You should take the phone for repair I think the screen was damaged through the fall

Look for the nearest Carl care service centre close to you, they have quick customer service and if the phone is under warranty the repair should be free

The hanging might not be because of the fall, taking the phone for repair will tell the actual fault

I wouldn't support taking it to an engineer or anything... You can take it back to the store where you bought it, it should have a warranty and something could be done there.

It could be that a part of the screen has been affected from the fall, you can visit carlcare store around you for a thorough check

Few days ago (19/4/2022) I bought a new spark 7pro, though it fell on my hands and the screen guide broke which does not affect the screen. But I noticed that anytime I'm browsing,it hangs and remain to function until I press the power button before it starts functioning again. Currently I'm in osogbo while I bought the phone in Ondo. Can this phone be returned? and collect another phone or it'll be repaired?
