Please, anyone that's able to deposit to skrill should share the method used for me and for others and also card that can be used to make a purchase with paypal from any bank even with the 20bucks limit apart from africard .. It will really help thanks.

I tried many naira banks... it didn't work.

But a dollar account worked..... I transferred $2.50 which is over #1,500 but the equivalent was $1,000 on skrill.

It does not make any business sense...
