Peter Obi's supporters are from Igbo Diaspora who only vote on Twitter. Even the two Pdp Igbo governors are not with him. Both Ikpeazu and Ugwuanyi are supporting Wike and Atiku. And these guys control the delegates. So where will Peter Obi get his delegates from? Even Obi know he cannot win. I really don't know whats the issue with what he said. Alot of people hashtagging on twitter don't have a pvc. Those that even manage to have it, have it for bank purposes and official means of identification during registration processes.
