When I call out with my umidigi Bison the other person, can't hear me. Unless I use ear piece. Please house, what can I do? It looks like a software issues, because the phone recorder works, without ear piece. |

Good afternoon House... My phone fell into water and and I took it to a technician. He confirmed that the screen got damaged. I had to place an order. I just received the replacement screen(Umidigi A7s) this morning... I took it to the technician to fix, but the screen is not working, it's not coming up. Please what I can I do? |

Good morning House! My phone fell into water, and the screen got dark and blurry. I took it to a technician and he said I need to change the screen. I had to order for a New screen on AliExpress and I just received it yesterday. I took the NEW screen to the technician to fix, but it's not working. It doesn't come on, or show anything atal....but the OLD screen comes on with a dark blurry appearance. I had to message the seller to complain, and he said that I should update the phone software, that the screen will work. Pls, how true is this? I NEED HELP! The phone is an Umidigi A7S (Android 10)
