Glad we can both agree that all cities I cited are way ahead of Nairobi. And as for Lagos the story is not different either,we are ahead. I though you already made peace with that.

This things are naked eye test

1-2 . Ikeja Train Station (Redline )
3.4. Marina Train Station (Blue lines )
When will Kenya get to this level?

Is there any kenyan available to answer that question.

Just say that Addis Ababa is better than all West African cities, we will understand you. Anyway enjoy Nairobi.
Lol my predictions came earlier than I thought,I gave two months but the filter are here in less than a week. The hideous stretch of roads will be needing more filters to hide the Chinese scam. So go get creative,we would be seeing more artistic over saturated pictures.

this is a clear indication of the Ghanaian IQ. Very slow to learn.. easy to forget what it learned. I have mentioned BONDED WAREHOUSE AND GPS TRAFFICKING SYSTEM HERE SEVERALLY. So if I do trading at UTC, how they will I know about BONDED WAREHOUSE and GPS tracking system. Truth is, I have no respect for the Indians controlling your economy. I have had a go with the owners of EVA PURE at South industrial area. I have had a go with another Indian close to the LATEX FOAM FACTORY at north industrial area. I MADE GOOD MONEY FOR THE ORIENTALS I WORK WITH LAST YEAR. Now, what work do you do. From being an engineer to travel agent to marine.

travel agent when?

As usual, always dumb and empty...
Always unintelligent, once you got the opportunity to have something good to eat from tiny oriental and you're already claiming you did work with them. Were you a cleaner for them or a cook?

You think if the Indians had as much control of the Ghanaian economy as you claim, this much Ghanaians will be in the middle class and thriving?

You sell used cloths at kantamanto ....

Since you want to know what I do... I'll soon be in the US to carry out a few works for the largest Cruise line company in the world.

you're the most idiotic human walking the face of this earth. Indians and Lebanese Run ghana. How can I be arguing with this villager. Trust me, the reason there's no known billionaire from ghana is because he is not an indigenous Ghanaian. Indians run ghana. Lebanese control ghana. Lebanese are more valuable in ghana than the Ghanaians and it's a fact. Which Ghanaian is in the middle class. The biggest dream of your average Ghanaian is to own lotto kiosk.

the resident engineer fixing virtual ships , submarines and aircraft carriers on nairaland will soon be in the US section of nairaland engineering things. Who want with a cruise liner. I mean the real cruise liner and spends their entire life on nairaland. If you've worked under a white man before and know how they hate seeing you doing nothing.
This mumu boy from ghana thinks he can fool anybody by saying "I work with the biggest ocean liner".

Indians have captured the Iron and steel industry, apart from that, they run nothing.

Don't be a usual fool , Lebanese have no standing in Ghana. They are usually petty traders in electronics.

There are 15 million Ghanaians in the middle class, they are the ones who run Ghana...
You are the most foolish and dumbest person on this forum.

I pity you because you're just a petty trader who is lawless and won't humble himself to learn common decency in order to live like a human being, so you can be treated like a human being.

The biggest dream of Every Ghanaian is to own their own business hence the huge number of registered businesses.

See the marvelous works being done in the real estate sector, can indians or Lebanese do this?
Can they even afford to buy off plans like so many Ghanaians have done?

write proper English so you'll be understood...

Small engagement and you're already trembling.

You're the one on Nairaland 24/7 being so bitter because your goods were seized.
I don't work under white people, I work with white people. ...

See how you're already showing your low self esteem..
I work with the biggest Cruise line company in the world..

Dumb kid ... Just be law abiding and you won't have problems with authorities... Don't always be a sisi

If you will continue to be an anarchist, don't come to Nairaland to wail bitterly because most people here a law abiding.

Anyway, there a country for your type.... An acceptable anarchist society. And even there, there are still basic rules you have to follow.

Don't allow that man to deceive you.

In 2022, the SA economy Is thrice ours.

In 2020, when covid19 wreaked havoc, SAn economy was $301B. The economic growth rate by then was -7%. In 2021, it jumped to 4.5%, ...then shrank to its normal playground, which is 1.2 - 2.1%,... Their Finance minister has even confirmed their economy will be trending @ 1.8% in the next 3yrs, from 2022.

The country's real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is expected to grow by an average of 2.1 % in 2022, finance minister Enoch Godongwana said on Wednesday. However, GDP is expected to grow by an average of 1.8 % over three years.

So, the 425- 435 he's giving you is guesswork. Kenya's economy is now sailing at 10% growth rate. That is enough evidence that the curve is moving at a convergent state and the meeting point is just a matter of time - if all factors remain constant.

The shortest residential tower(29fls) in Avic international Is 101.5m, and each flow per ceiling is 3.5m.
The office & hotel tower is 4m per ceiling.

Okay now I see. In 2020, when they rebased it, they arrived at 370 Billion dollars, just 5 Billion dollars short of Nigeria which was at 375 Billion dollars then.
Kenya is growing but I don't believe they would surpass South Africa anytime soon. Ethiopia was also growing at a very fast rate at one time.

Political instability and civil wars doomed Ethiopia if not that they could have been approaching 200billion now

Help me with the source... Especially from their ministry. I want to read.

And also, Kenya's economic growth has been consistent on a growth trajectory since time immemorial. We're now counting a decade with a +ve growth rate.

Also, don't compare Ethiopia with Kenya. Ethiopia has a history of colonial and political unrest, also, the refugee crisis should not be overlooked. Those are major challenges that are wreaking havoc in Ethiopia, and they won't end soon since some of the acts perpetrated there are intrinsic.

We will catch up soon; If all factors remain constant

Ethiopia and Somalia are very powerful nations. Political instability is killing those nations - the same case for Nigeria - with poor governance.

It was Kenya vs SA however since Kenya only has one city worth mentioning that is why Nairobi is part of the conversation.
