Yes the design is not inspiring but even in the USA you will still see malls with this similar design, heck even Abia mall at Umuahia came with this design.
Aladinma mall itself already has a conference center in it's design, and also has it's retail section.
And the positioning of the mall, is the most strategic of them all, the mall if functional will take Customers from Aladinma, IMSU back gate, prefab, ikenegbu, which forms the bulk of the customers at Owerri mall.

At least, there should open another one at New Owerri especially that protea axis.

Maybe there are afraid, because both pascal Dozie and owners of landmark center owns the huge expanse of land around that axis and they're the promoters of the proposed knouch mall Owerri.

There should consider seriously Aba road and Akachi road, this axis outside pH road is the fastest developing area in Owerri, and this axis doesn't have any mall or even a proposed one.

Yes I know, but they have very huge customer base in Owerri, even better than priceless until recently. That's why Owerri city residents are demanding for extra branches, the earlier it's done the better for them.
