All those lands were bought and given to TDC for administration, during Nkrumah time ... TDC does not joke with their lands. Infact, even those that have been leased by TDC, per their usual agreement, TDC can decide on a future redevelopment of the place as it deem fit.

They have ownership of a land area of 63 square miles for 125 years to manage and develop.
Now their mandate has been expanded for the Acquisition of more lands around Tema and outside Ghana, to develop rear estate.

If your census report as of 2011 was 57m. 11yrs with a 1.1% growth can't still give you 57m .

We have few banks as compared to Nigeria - but our population is well catered for. You need to advance your banking sector to cater to the huge numbers.
