I'm Concerned About The Absence Of Intellectual Discussion On Nairala. by SteveDGreat(op): 10:03am On May 30, 2022
I spotted a comment on a Nairaland forum and thought to myself, "Hey, that's it."

How can Peter Obi's presidential aspirations be compared to that of Ojukwu? People don't think before they make a remark, do they?

First , Because of Ekwueme, the Igbos initially pitched tents with PDP.
Secondly, It wasn't a free election back then. The election results were written by Maurice Iwu.
Finally, the passage of time has altered the situation. Our only sources of information were television, radio, and newspapers, which were not available to everyone at the time.
Social media has now become a part of our daily lives.
People have become more educated and want to leave the PDP and APC.
Now, people's thoughts are influenced by social media.
Peter Obi is being promoted on Instagram, Nairaland, and Twitter by people like Tunde Ednut, Charles Awuzie, and Peter Okoye. This is no laughing matter, man.

In Anambra State, as well as the rest of the South East, the PDP will lose ground.
The sooner you all realize that PDP is dead and Peter Obi is the real opposition the better for you all

By your intelligent calculation right?
It's ok.

Peter Obi shot himself by leaving the PDP and even if the entire East vote for him both home and abroad he will not win if other regions refuse to vote for him.

The country is not ripe yet for his style of politics and no matter how much you hype him on social media it will still not make much difference.

If he doesn't win, he will re contest again in a better way.

This election will expose him more.

Many political parties will align with him.

He did the best thing to dump them
