[/b]This your statement is already stale. The above 5% was agreed in the nuclear deal signed by Obama and the JPCOA while they continue carrying out research in their civilian nuclear program.
Trump came and pulled out of the deal, imposing more sanctions . Iran wrote to UN team of the IAEA for close to one year , America refuse to return back to their agreement. As the one year elapsed that's when Iran started enrichment to 70% with their own built centrifuge machines that is twice faster than the old ones in use before Israel - America sabotaged them through cyber attack.
